• Access logs (URL accessed, timestamp)

• To process payments (for paid plans)

We do not sell your personal information. We share data with the following third-party service providers as necessary to operate the Service:

• Supabase (database, authentication) — data stored in AWS Tokyo region
• Vercel (hosting) — United States
• Resend (email delivery) — used only for sending notifications
• Polar (payment processing) — credit card information is handled directly by Polar, not stored on our servers
• Google / GitHub (OAuth) — used only for login authentication

• Data is stored on Supabase (AWS Tokyo region)
• All communications are encrypted with SSL/TLS
• Credit card information is never stored on our servers

• When you delete your account, all associated personal data will be permanently deleted
• Payment-related transaction records are retained for 5 years from the transaction date as required by Japanese commercial law, then deleted
• Anonymous feedback and comments are not linked to accounts and are not subject to account deletion

• Access: You may request disclosure of your personal data
• Data Export: You may request an export of your data by contacting us at techback01@gmail.com
• Correction: You can update your display name and email in Settings
• Deletion: You can delete your account from Settings
• Opt-out: You can disable email notifications in project settings

• We use cookies for authentication session management
• We use localStorage to prevent duplicate anonymous voting
• We do not currently use advertising trackers or third-party cookies

The Service is not intended for users under 16 years of age. If we learn that a child under 16 has provided personal information, we will promptly delete it.

We may update this policy as needed. Significant changes will be notified through the Service.
