Terms of Service

The Service is a platform that helps collect, manage, and prioritize user feedback for apps and services.

• Registration requires an email address or OAuth authentication (Google/GitHub)
• You must keep your registration information accurate and up to date
• You are responsible for your account security. We are not liable for unauthorized access by third parties
• The Service is intended for users aged 16 and older

• The Service offers a free plan and a paid plan (Pro)
• The paid plan is subscription-based, billed monthly or annually
• Payments are processed through Polar
• We will notify you in advance of any pricing changes
• You may cancel your subscription before the next renewal date to stop future charges
• Refunds for the current billing period are generally not provided
• Switching between monthly and annual plans mid-cycle is not currently supported. To change plans, please cancel your current subscription and re-subscribe with the new plan after your billing period ends

You agree not to:

• Violate any laws or public morals
• Infringe on the rights of other users or third parties
• Submit spam, engage in unauthorized access, or use automated tools for mass posting
• Register false information
• Interfere with the operation of the Service
• Reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute the Service

• You retain ownership of content you post (feedback, comments, etc.)
• You grant us a non-exclusive license to use your content as necessary to provide, operate, and improve the Service
• We reserve the right to remove inappropriate content without prior notice
• Anonymous content cannot be attributed to a specific user, so we may not be able to honor modification or deletion requests for such content

By creating a project on the Service, you agree to:

• Take responsibility for managing feedback submitted to your project
• Handle information collected through your feedback page in compliance with applicable laws
• Comply with Service usage limits (e.g., feedback limits on the free plan)

• We may change the Service without prior notice
• The Service may be temporarily interrupted for maintenance or system issues
• If we discontinue the Service, we will provide 30 days advance notice
• Upon termination, unused portions of paid subscriptions will be refunded on a pro-rata basis

• The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee completeness, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose
• We are not liable for damages arising from use of the Service, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months

All intellectual property rights in the Service (logos, design, software) belong to us. Except for user-submitted content, unauthorized reproduction or redistribution is prohibited.

• We may suspend or delete your account without prior notice if you violate these Terms
• You may delete your account at any time from Settings
• Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on data handling after account deletion

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan
• Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance

We may update these Terms as needed. Significant changes will be notified through the Service. By continuing to use the Service after changes are made, you agree to the revised Terms.
